The enhanced safety given from being seen makes the reflective harness a strong choice when working around moving machinery or under poorly lit or nighttime conditions. Also an ideal choice when working within geographic locations affected by short daylight hours where dawn and dusk are part of the work day.
The 3M Scotchlite reflective material 8910 silver fabric is composed of wide angle, exposed retro-reflective lenses bonded to a durable backing. This material meeting ASTM E809 & E810 is woven into a 1.75" polyester harness webbing in seven specific lines. Creating a visual effect of a solid Scotchlite band that spans the width of the webbing when illuminated by direct light in a nighttime environment. The webbing sports a high visibility lime/yellow base for maximum safety within work environments.
