The Rex-Cut Sigma Green is an aggressive grinding wheel with noticeably quiet and smooth grinding action. This grinding wheel is the perfect balance of fast grinding, low vibration, and superior finish. The layered grain construction, coarse grain followed by a second layer of finer grain, gives this wheel the advantage of fast grinding with a superior finish.

Features:

• High performance grain blend in a proprietary bond
• 50% faster metal removal than standard aluminum oxide wheels while generating 20% less heat
• 20% less heat generation than aluminum oxide
• Virtually iron free – contains only .035% iron and less than 1% iron, chlorine & sulphur combined
• Its low vibration and chatter provide smooth, quiet operation with excellent control
• Minimizes fatigue and ensures controlled, cool cutting without discoloring or warping stainless steel
