We know that getting your equipment in a timely manner is extremely important when your job relies on that equipment. Waiting for weeks to get the products you need just isn’t something anyone wants to do. Because of that, we offer a range of products that qualify for quick ship. Quick ship items typically ship out the same day you order them as long as the order is placed before 4 pm CST, Monday through Friday. If you see this logo on a product you can rest assured that your gear is only a few days away.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a credit within 30-days. To start the process, head on over to our Easy Return portal. Up to a 25% restocking fee may apply depending on the the manufacturer’s terms, or if items are returned without original packaging. We may be able to waive that fee for store credit or exchanges. Any Equipment that has been used and/or deployed cannot be returned. Non-stock or special order items cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs will be charged for all international returns. The restocking fee (up to 25%) and additional restrictions still apply.

If you’re using the safety gear we sell, you’re probably working in a dangerous profession. Proper training, administered by professionals, is required before using all equipment, and no descriptions, videos, or materials from GME Supply replace that training. Read up on manufacturer instructions and get proper training. User accepts all liability.
Cold galvanizing compound can only be sent via ground or LTL. It is not allowed in the air system due to its category 3 classification for flammable liquids. For this reason, we can only ship cold galvanizing compound to the lower 48 states. Sorry, Alaska and Hawaii.
