Silky Sugoi Curved Blade Saws are state-of-the-art, professional hand saws with mono-constructed 16-1/2-inch curved, precision-ground, razor sharp blades with four cutting angles to provide extremely fast, clean and smooth cutting action. Also, the chrome-plated curved blade has 5.5 teeth per inch, a non-set tooth design and it resists rust, the effects of tree resin, and wipes clean easily. This super aggressive tooth pattern is ideal for pruning large limbs and utilizes proprietary Silky MIRAI-ME (Smooth Cutting) technology. The taper-ground profile reduces drag and directs more usable energy to the cutting edge. The large and comfortable sure-grip handle gives strength and flexibility to the full length of the saw. Superbly designed, the molded-rubber hand grip encases the blade extension to absorb vibration while cutting. Each Silky Sugoi Curved Blade Saw comes with a custom, high-visibility, yellow plastic scabbard that can be attached to the belt or lower leg. Ideal for pruning large limbs on the ground or at height, Silky Sugoi Curved Blade Saws feature exceptional design, strength, balance and superior finish quality and are available in two blade lengths: 14-1/5-inches (360 mm) and 16-1/2-inches (420 mm). Operating weight: 0.85 pounds (380 grams). Weight with sheath: 1.6 pounds (720 grams. Made in Japan.
