The ABB 15 Ton Hydraulic Crimping Head is insulated to reduce electrical hazards and accepts interchangeable dies for a wide variety of applications. The wide jaws will fit over most jobs and can apply 15 tons of pressure with the 10,000 psi delivered from the hydraulic pump. This crimp head is suitable for a wide variety of applications including copper terminals, aluminum terminals, and splices up to 1000MCM. The long slim design enables easier access into tight spaces such as in cable trays and central office applications.
