Accuform OSHA Caution Safety 'Defective - Do Not Use' Tag

The Accuform OSHA Caution Safety 'Defective - Do Not Use' Tag is a bright yellow tag that is easily spotted in a range of environments. It is made of flexible, 15-mil polyethylene and will not easily break down over a wide temperature range. The writable surface is abrasion-resistant and there is a 3/8 inch hole reinforced with a metal grommet to prevent pull off. This sign is available in 5 and 25 packs.
