Condux Breakaway Swivel 5/8 Inch 

Essential for fiber optic and coaxial cable pulling, this swivel has a break load of 650 pounds (2,891 N) and is designed to separate at ±5% of the rated break load. If the load rating is exceeded, the interior break pin fractures, the swivel separates, and the cable remains undamaged. Break pin is easily replaceable. NOTE: Swivels are not designed to run around bullwheels.
