Snap-on shoulder pads increase comfort and are removable for washing. The SRL connector loop allows you to mount a personal SRL while keeping the D-ring free for incidental tie-offs. Webbing ends are folded and stitched with rubber tabs for durability and rubber web keepers prevent loose straps from interfering with your work. The dual lanyard keepers safely store unused lanyard legs.
