The unique combination back D-ring and shoulder pads minimize discomfort and stress around the neck and shoulders when using a tool belt. This harness provides greater comfort for workers in the construction industry, helping them carry more weight and face minimum discomfort and stress on the job-site. This harness features friction buckle shoulder adjustments, mating buckle chest adjustments, and two pull free lanyard rings.
