OEL manufactures insulated ratchet that helps keep the user safe with innovative ways of manufacturing a highly reliable flame and impact resistant tool. Two-color insulation makes inspection easier which adds to the overall safety. If the yellow under layer is showing, the tool may no longer be insulated properly and should be considered for replacement and removed from service in the field. When used as part of an insulated driver helps meet a variety of OSHA regulations. Every piece is di-electrically tested at 10,000VAC and rated up to 1,000VAC.
