The Petzl ZIGZAG range just got bigger. Now in ZIGZAG and ZIGZAG Plus, Petzl is offering the highest quality mechanical prusiks. 

The ZIGZAG mechanical Prusik allows the user to move around efficiently in a tree using classic Prusik pulley system technique. The friction chain provides precision and fluidity when moving around. The pulley is mounted on sealed ball bearings to allow the slack to be taken up easily. It can be used on either doubled ropes or a single rope, providing great versatility.

The only difference in the ZIGZAG and ZIGZAG Plus design is the lower attachment hole. On the ZIGZAG, it is a fixed attachment hole to ensure alignment of the device with the axis of you, the worker, and to optimize grip. On the ZIGZAG Plus the lower attachment hole with high-efficiency swivel ensures stable and correct positioning of the mechanical Prusik and optimal rope glide through the device.
