The Thern Single Speed Electric Motor Control is designed for motors up to 3 horsepower while also protecting workers in any environment. The components are UL, IEDC or CSA recognized enclosed om a NEMA 4 steel enclosure that is watertight to keep dirt and water out. This makes it approved for most outdoor applications. The 50-foot lanyard adds an added layer of protection allowing the user to stand away from the winch in a safe location. The pendant control is operated with momentary contact-type push buttons. The reversing contactor is electrically and mechanically interlocked to deliver smooth reversing controls. While keeping people safe is the first priority this motor control has a thermal overload relay to protect the electric hoist. This relay trips power OFF to protect the motor from overheating and has a manual reset. The Fused control circuit powers pendant with 115 volt, 2 amp current to help protect against high voltage shocks. The wiring diagram is supplied and enclosed inside the box. There is a steel mounting bracket that secures the control box to the winch.
